The answer to this question varies by project and is indicated by a property boundary. You can find this by finding your property on the homepage. There, you will find an image showing the property boundary for all equipment in the home.
The property boundary indicates which components Vaanster operates, maintains, and may replace. The remaining components are owned by the homeowner, who is also responsible for maintenance and possible replacement. For purchased homes, you, as the resident, are the owner of the property. For rental homes, the landlord is the owner of the property.
We always recommend signing a maintenance contract for the indoor installation, which refers to the part of the system that is not owned by Vaanster but by the homeowner.
