Welcome to Vaanster
We develop, finance, implement, and operate high-quality heat pump systems based on ATES (aquifer thermal energy storage) or outdoor air for sustainable heating and cooling. With more than 20 years of knowledge and experience, we are gradually making Dutch real estate more sustainable, whether it concerns new construction or existing buildings.
Sustainable energy for every project.
Our expertise covers a wide range of projects, from existing buildings and new constructions to renovations and transformations. We are specialised in sustainable energy systems for stacked housing, ground-level housing and commercial properties. Here, we deploy both collective and individual energy sources.

Quality and comfort come first
We tailor our approach to the specific requirements of each project and client. The result? High-quality systems that provide sustainable heating, cooling, and hot tap water, ensuring that users can live and work comfortably. Additionally, we take care of our clients for a minimum period of 30 years.

Techniek bij the View
Mooie techniek: we zijn er bij Vaanster dol op. Hoewel we onze projecten meestal van de buitenkant laten zien, zijn we toch minstens zo trots op de binnenkant van ieder project.
The Markthal: 10 year!
The Markthal in Rotterdam is already celebrating its 10th anniversary this month! This architectural marvel remains a true work of art both inside and out. With multiple functions, it houses shops, restaurants, and as many as 228 apartments. It's fantastic that we have been providing sustainable heating and cooling to this iconic project for 10 years: it’s yet another great example of how sustainability and innovation can go hand in hand
20 years Warmtebouw
Since the development of our first projects, about 20 years ago, we have been working closely with Warmtebouw, and even after all these years, the collaboration continues to run seamlessly. Warmtebouw is our partner in both the construction of our sustainable energy plants and their maintenance.
