Het project Terras aan de Schie is weer een project in het SchieDistrict en staat voor vernieuwing in het centrum van Schiedam. De hoogwaardige centrale is volledig opgeleverd.

SDK Vastgoed en Vaanster hebben onlangs een intentieovereenkomst gesloten voor de ontwikkeling van de Mechatronica Innovatie Campus Schiedam (MICS). Dit vernieuwende en grootse campusgebied wordt de hotspot voor de mechatronica-industrie met ca. 80.000 m2 aan kantoren en industrie. Dat vraagt ook om een slim energiesysteem.

De aanleg van het WKO-systeem voor het grootschalige HIGH5 project in Haarlem is gestart! Vorige week zijn we begonnen met de bronboringen voor de duurzame energielevering. Hiermee bereikten we het diepste punt van de bouw op maar liefst 180 meter.

The Markthal in Rotterdam is celebrating its 10th anniversary this month! This architectural icon remains a true work of art, both inside and out. It houses shops, restaurants, and as many as 228 apartments.

Since the development of our first projects, about 20 years ago, we have been working closely with Warmtebouw, and even after all these years, the collaboration continues to run seamlessly. Warmtebouw is our partner in both the construction of our sustainable energy plants and their maintenance.

The installation of the ATES system for the large-scale EDGE project in Eindhoven has begun. Last week, Haitjema Grondboorbedrijf B.V. started with the borehole drilling for sustainable heating and cooling from the ground.

At Vaanster, you might think of new construction projects. That’s correct. Fortunately, our systems can also be applied to existing buildings, and even to historic properties. Take, for example, the W Hotel in Amsterdam.

Olympiade Amstelveen has been fully completed! We are proud to have worked on this large-scale project with great enthusiasm, alongside our partners, and to provide this green project with sustainable energy.

Completion of the Operaplein in Amersfoort! This week, Breman Utiliteit handed over the central unit of the air-to-water heat pump system (EQw) to us. Project manager Elke Wittgen and her team are very satisfied with the work delivered.

On June 8th, it's Construction Day! Three projects where we are involved as a supplier of sustainable heating and cooling have been selected and will be open for visit on this day.

From historic factory to ultra-sustainable building. The EQw central unit in the former Honigfabriek in Koog aan de Zaan has been handed over to us by Breman Utiliteit Zwolle. This monumental building, consisting of 95 apartments and commercial spaces, has undergone an impressive transformation while preserving its industrial character.

We are honored to have contributed to this wonderful project. Thanks to this initiative, young people in this impoverished country have the opportunity to learn a trade and build a better future.
