More than just a new residential complex, The Green Gallery represents a full-scale transformation of the Holland Park district, where timeless architecture is paired with ambitious sustainability goals. The project comprises 444 homes spread across several buildings: Elm, Oak, Hazel I, II & III, and Willow. The ground floor along the boulevard will feature multiple commercial spaces, including childcare facilities, a supermarket and healthcare services.
Vaanster verzorgt de volledige warmte- en koudevoorziening via een WKO-installatie (Warmte Koude Opslag). Deze technologie haalt energie uit de bodem en levert het hele jaar door klimaatcomfort – zonder gas, zonder uitstoot, en met minimale impact op het milieu.
Door de natuurlijke temperatuur van de ondergrond te benutten, koelen we in de zomer en verwarmen we in de winter. Efficiënt, betrouwbaar en toekomstbestendig. Precies wat nodig is voor een wijk die gebouwd is voor de lange termijn. Dit is ons tweede project in Holland Park, na Holland Park West/Park Valley met 750 woningen.
