The project was carried out by De Nijs Construction and Development in collaboration with Bogro Snelrewaard. Over the coming weeks, 36 new homeowners will receive the keys to their gas‑free apartments. The homes are equipped with sustainable heating and cooling sourced from the ground, enhancing both comfort and the project’s environmental performance.
The next phases, Blocks C and D, are scheduled for completion in March 2026 and will add a further 69 apartments to the neighbourhood.
