Resolve malfunction

Below, find out what you should do and who to contact if there is a malfunction. Note: Depending on the issue, this may involve multiple parties, such as your landlord or your own service provider.

This is how it works.

We extract heat and cooling from the outside air or the ground. Collective heat pumps store the harvested energy in buffer tanks located in the technical room. Distribution pipes then deliver the heat and cooling to your home.
