Does this annual statement include my new advance payment amount?

Unlike before, we now send you an annual statement without including a new advance payment amount for 2025.

Determining your advance payment amount for 2025 and charging these advances marks the start of a new period. Therefore, the annual statement you received in February does not yet include the new monthly advance payment amount for 2025.

For the new year, we reassess your annual usage based on the previous year's data and/or your home's size.

You can always view and adjust your new advance payment amount on 'My Vaanster.' Go to 'My Details' and look under 'My Contracts' for your advance payment amount.
