Can I request a payment arrangement?
Sometimes you need a bit of extra time, and it can be helpful to arrange a payment plan for, for example, an annual invoice. We understand that. If the invoice has not yet become overdue, you can set up a payment plan through your personal account. Review your invoices, click on the icon next to the invoice line, and set the terms for a payment arrangement.
With a payment plan, you are responsible for making the payments yourself. We cannot handle this for you via direct debit. Therefore, set up the payments in your bank in advance to ensure they are paid on time. Late payments will automatically cancel the payment arrangement.
If you have trouble setting this up through your personal account, please send an email to klantenservice@vaanster.nl. Clearly include your customer number, address, and the invoice or annual statement in question.
