De Heul features two interconnected buildings surrounding a beautifully landscaped central courtyard. The cutting-edge Lidl supermarket will achieve an impressive A++++ energy rating, while the development offers 104 fully electric apartments. A unified energy system serves both commercial and residential spaces, efficiently storing renewable energy underground as natural heating and cooling. Construction is progressing smoothly toward a 2026 completion.
