Eempolis is already performing brilliantly with its A+++ energy rating. It's got a ground-source heat pump system up and running, and the whole building runs on 100% Dutch wind power. That means it's already carbon-neutral, pretty impressive. But they're not stopping there. The goal is to make Eempolis fully Paris Proof by 2030, and upgrading the current ground-source system is going to be a game-changer for hitting that target.
