Work at Vaanster

Work hard play hard

Of course you do waste separation. You remove the cardboard wrapper from the plastic yoghurt container. You don't eat meat twice a week and you leave the leaves in your garden for the hedgehogs. Yet....here something is gnawing. The energy transition train is hurtling along at breakneck speed and you can jump on it by applying to Vaanster.  With us, you're not just doing anything. No, with us you are really building the future. Helping the world move forward. Really good work. Meaningful work. The climate needs us now more than ever. Vaanster is helping to reduce Co2 emissions worldwide by developing and operating sustainable power generation plants. We do this together. Conscious enthusiasts who want to contribute to a liveable planet. Call us do-gooders, climate activists - no glue, by the way - or confident green rascals, we are proud to be so.

Vaanster is a club of people passionately working on sustainable energy concepts. Do you like to work according to beaten paths? Then don't apply. Do you like to colour outside the lines, think creatively, work in a team, enjoy open and direct communication, and maybe even be a little cocky? Then you fit in with us. We give people room to develop. But above all, to be themselves. These are not just sentences, but really the essence of working at Vaanster. Does this appeal to you? We cordially invite you to apply. Send a letter to Anne Ruth, she will invite you for an interview, and if it clicks, the second interview with your direct manager will follow, and if it clicks twice, you will start working for us permanently and full of passion. Who knows, maybe you will join us on the next team outing; a city trip or blokarting on the beach of Schiermonnikoog. Join us for a greener and better future.
